Veils are thoughts, actions, people, or things in your life that you use to keep a deep wound, situation, emotional pain, or crisis covered. They are demoralizing and destructive behaviors caused by the lack of truth and fulfillment in a woman’s life. We are all great women. But until we learn to let God help us discover and remove the veils keeping us from the truth of fulfilling our destiny, then the world will never know just how great we really are.

What are the veils you have to deal with? How are you seeking God’s help?

There are many veils I had to deal with in my life such as divorce, single parenting, rejection, self-rejection, disappointment. The veil I am currently dealing with is my son and the consequence of his behavior and self-care (putting myself first). I continue to seek God in prayer, and sometimes I fast.

Throughout my life, there are times that I handle my life sacred and other secular. As I work out my own soul salvation I will continue to strive to handle my time, talent, resources, strengths, and weakness sacredly.

The veils, wow, I have to let God help me with veils of not feeling included, feeling misunderstood, feeling rejected, but God, Holy Spirit has helped me let all of that go and be free of being accepted

Before I knew God I handled things in secular, but since I have been in Christ, I seek to do things as sacred, my talents, my gifts my relationship

In the beginning of my life I was did not know anything about sacred, I was doing my own thing, going for men to men because I could do it, and had no conscious of being faithful to anyone, but at the moment I received Christ and went down that journey to learn about him and myself tats when I learned about who I was in Christ.

There is the daily battle with the thoughts the enemy bring to my mind, to try and keep me from the greatness God has made me to reflect in the earth. 2 Cor 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; daily through prayer and obedience to God’s word, I allow God to help me overcome the secular thoughts of the enemy, to allow the truth of God’s word to be my guide, to be my standard. I will not let the demonic thoughts of things in the past wound and demoralize me; to molest and fondle me into believing a lie. My heart is open to God to fill with his word, his way, his love, and His plans, Jeremiah 29:11, the plans He has for me are good, not evil to bring me a future and a hope He designed for me before the foundation of the world. My life is sacred and its up to be to guard it, protect it and display the glory of God through it.

I am reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6 To trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding when it comes to my time, talent, resources, my strengths and weaknesses, If I acknowledge God in my decision making concerning all these areas in my life, God will direct my paths toward my destiny. This is what I try to do daily in the power and strength of the Holy Ghost. I try to handle my life as sacred because it truly is.

Question 1: I would say that I handle my life as sacred. Taking out that time to learn more about God and implement it into my daily life.
Question 2: The veil for me is still dealing with some fears of unfamiliar territory. When I face this, I repeatly say and stand on ” 2 Timothy 1:7 – For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”.

    1. As I look back over my life, not knowing my full identity in God, I can see where I was or my life was open for any and everything
to touch, fondle ect. my mind and heart (Secular ) But God!!!. His awesome love and grace for me protected me when I didn’t
even know it. Now in this present time I am growing in the sacredness of God. To God be all the Glory.

    2. Thoughts and people I have allowed to cause emotional pain and covered. Learning my true identity in God is so freeing. By growing in a deeper relationship with God and being connected to who God is connecting me to , as well as dying to self in fasting and prayer is how I am seeking God’s help.
