REQUIRED LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Leadership Successful Beginnings is a 1-hour a week leadership development program required for all workforce participants. Students will complete a Journal-designed textbook and perform assignments in the Leadership Successful Beginnings Class APP.
Sponsored by Launch Point CDC, this Leadership Development course is designed to strengthen students’ professionalism, confidence, and workplace readiness so students can succeed beyond the state exam. Potential employers and funders of the program look for leadership qualities that help the workers stand out and succeed on the job. Therefore, students must submit all their Leadership assignments at least 1 week before Graduation to receive their Certificate for this Course.
💎💎 💎 HOW IT WORKS 💎 💎 💎
To meet program requirements and earn the Certificate, you must complete at least (4) of the assigned (6) chapters in your online Leadership textbook. This course takes just 1-hour each week. You may choose to do all your Chapters upfront and complete this course ahead of time. Or, you may choose to take your time and complete 1-hour per week; it’s completely up to you.
All we ask is that you:
Engage honestly, fully, and genuinely. You owe that gift to yourself.
If you do not complete the Leadership Successful Beginnings Course, then you will not be able to show documentation of the Launch Point experience to your program sponsors. This means we will not be able to issue your Certificate of Completion for the Leadership Development program, and we will not be able to report your participation to your program sponsors successfully.
Remember, leadership is not something we do to you. It’s something you own inside.

📚 Do this as you complete each Chapter in your online Journal.
